I’m not a lawyer but I think the idea would be that he presented her in a false light and therefore defamed her.
Just my guess here, the problem is she’s a public figure and hasnt got a penny in damages.
Oh, you mean like what Media Matters and MSNBC does to various conservatives about fifty times a day?
Breitbart was not exposing her, he was showing that the audience, the NAACP, was laughing and agreeing with her comments about discriminating against the white farmer.
“Im not a lawyer but I think the idea would be that he presented her in a false light and therefore defamed her.”
She is a public servant. She has made public speeches that were recorded. Her words were never tampered with. She hasn’t got a leg to stand on in a suit against Brietbart. Obama, NAACP, and the USDA, however, is in high cotton time in lawsuitville.
if the excerpt showed her in a false light,. it was due to NAACCP editing- not Breibart. He posted what they released!
Let’s roll shirley
What false light? I'm 'bout worn out here, just what *context* was she taken out of, what part of the supposed change-of-heart enlightenment moment did he leave out?
