Once more...
the tape shows that the NAACP crowd were laughing, cheering, and clapping as Sherrod explained her multiple mistreatments of the white farmer.
No Zero, you and the NAACP need to apologize to the American people.

Andrew Breitbart was on Laura Ingraham today and said she went on to say in the tape that if youre working for the gov, you won't ever get fired.
Also read that Jealous who said he would investigate this further was sitting in the audience.
The nuts are running the asylum!!

the tape shows that the NAACP crowd were laughing, cheering, and clapping as Sherrod explained her multiple mistreatments of the white farmer.Same tape shows that when Sherrod explained how she had changed and tried to make up for it, the NAACP members went silent.
What OBAMA should do is DISBAND THE NAACP, not fire SHERROD (at least based on her speech).
AND IF the BLACK FARMER COOP (scam) for GOVERNMENT FARM SUBSIDIES was exposed (again) there would be more even more controversy. (which is why they fired her. Didn't want that brought up in the NEWS. OOPS, guess that backfired)

From the article: "Vilsack said that he would reconsider the department's decision to ask Shirley Sherrod to resign. Sherrod, the director of rural development in Georgia, was asked by department officials to leave her job on Monday after conservative bloggers posted an edited video of her saying that she initially didn't give a white farmer as much help as she could have 24 years ago, when she was working for a nonprofit farm aid group. Sherrod says the video distorted her full speech, which described how she came to realize the white farmer needed her help and which she says was intended to promote racial reconciliation."
I do agree that there was no excuse for the crowd to hoot and holler, but clearly the lady was making a larger point that we can support, and perhaps it reached some in the crowd. Breitbart's aim was to show racism in the NAACP, and that it did, but Sherrod may have been battling that. I'd welcome Breitbart's response on that point. Meanwhile I'm pleased that she may get her job back, based on this fuller evidence of what she said.
The good news is that the Administration--apparently including Obama--"acted stupidly." This is still a win.

the tape shows that the NAACP crowd were laughing, cheering, and clapping as Sherrod explained her multiple mistreatments of the white farmer. Not only that Sherrod herself was smiling as if this was funny what she was saying...along with "hallelujahs" from the audience...Michael Medved is going on right this minute on KFI radio about the "transcript"...and how she was misrepresented and taken out of context...Ms. Sherrod was no contrite angel in the video I saw...Medved sounds like he didn't see the video...there is much that does not show in the text transcript...delivery is everything.

It's interesting to see the workings of African tribal members, including the ones in the WH.
I betcha this is the way it's been done for hundreds of years back in Kenya.

And I don’t see any evidence that she truly helped that white farmer to the extent other people she favored. She only said that because the white farmer couldn’t get any help that she realized that the world was divided into the ‘haves’ and ‘have not’.

Just out of curiousity, did obama ever truly apologize to the police officer who arrested the arrogant, idiotic Harvard professor? Obama, once again, speaking without knowing any of the pertinent information, slandered the officer!
I know they met for beer at the White House, but I find it amazing how quickly politicians and the media defend racism when the speaker is black. I never truly respected Trent Lott, but he certainly wasn’t given the benefit of the doubt when he complimented an aged legislator on his birthday.
Finally, if Sherrod and the white farmer and his wife became such close friends, would anyone possessing any dignity whatever repeat this denigrating anecdote?!?!?!
