No not the only one. “Let me be clear”, “Make no mistake” and like phrases, I find, extremely condecinding. The worst for me is “basically”.

All imply that the audience is too ignorant to understand the “true” words .....

We have a child in the WH who deigns to tell his subjects how stupid they are. Sometimes this world is totally out of whack, and this is one of those times.

Let me be clear and make no mistake are fav line for that ultra dim bulb Maxine Waters. Seems the dumber and more arrogant the gubmnt official the more they use these terms. When that idiot Waters says “make no mistake” I want to shoot the television, Elvis style.
