A black Agriculture Department employee resigned Monday after conservative media outlets aired a video of her telling an audience she had not given a white farmer "the full force of what I could do" to help him save the family farm.
Agriculture Secretary Tom Vilsack said he had accepted the resignation of Shirley Sherrod, the department's state director of rural development for Georgia.
"There is zero tolerance for discrimination at USDA, and I strongly condemn any act of discrimination against any person," Vilsack said. "We have been working hard through the past 18 months to reverse the checkered civil rights history at the department and take the issue of fairness and equality very seriously."
Conservative website publisher Andrew Breitbart originally posted the video, which was quickly picked up by Fox News. The video claims Sherrod's remarks were delivered March 27 to an NAACP Freedom Fund banquet, but it is not clear that is the case, nor is it clear where the event was held or how many people were in attendance.

I don't know about anybody else, but I'm kind of enjoying some of this "post racial America" stuff.
2 Thumbs up for Breitbart....I'm betting this was just the first salvo.

The conservative media outlets tied the video to the NAACP's recent resolution calling on the Tea Party movement to repudiate racist elements within it that have displayed such items as images of President Barack Obama with a bone through his nose and the White House with a lawn full of watermelons. Good old CNN. Can't swing a cat these days without hitting a poster with a bone in Obama's nose, can you? And the watermelons? Don't get me started.
Here we have an instance of unapologetic racist bragging by a member of the administration, and we are supposed to be distracted by a couple posters made sometime, somewhere by a couple anonymous yahoos.

I expected spin, but this is grotesque. “The video quality is poor, it may not be from where or when it was claimed by those eeeeevil right-wing bloggers, and hey, what about the Tea Party?” Pathetic.

“. . .should be prosecuted to the fullest extent of the law.”
I’d love to see every white farmer in Georgia that was denied help from the USDA file a lawsuit against her and the USDA.

And why does someone who just got awarded 13 million dollars even want to work? The old phrase follow the money comes into play here. Just how did she stand to FURTHER benefit by taking a job with the Government?

Blacks are coming across as the worst racists left in America. They are screwing themselves to the wall with this crap. Equal is equal. If they want to be "more equal" than anyone else, then they are all done for. That ain't American, and it ain't gonna wash in America.
It seems that they don't want equality, they want their boot on your neck. Too bad, too. Blacks have been given every chance at the brass ring and then some, and it apparently just wasn't enough. Oh well, they can writhe in the bed they're making, and it ain't gonna be pleasant the way they're headed now.
The sane among them can repudiate these Zulu's and try to rein them in, but they better not let the extremist garbage we're hearing so much of these days go un-addressed, or they'll all get smeared with the same filthy brush.
