I think it will get to -9 by the weekend and then go back down. He has been touting the oil spill successes and financial bill for a few days and people see he is doing something. When does Kagen get approved...if that is this week that might continue the bounce which is why I say -9 but again by mid-next week he will back to normal -18.

47% STILL approve of this unqualified, unaccomplished RaceMarxist?

No other single statistic could more clearly spell a dismal future for once great America.

Yeah. That’s my question. This country is so doomed, if that poll is anywhere near right.

This is the main reason that conservatives shouldn’t be overly optimistic about the upcoming elections. At least half of the overall electorate still supports Zero.

This, along with massive democrat votor fraud could enable the marxists to maintain control of both the house and senate.

I’d like to see the same graph with a smoothed-out 7-day rolling average...or perhaps a graph that excludes the weekend. That would eliminate the weekend bounces and show (many of) the true bounces.

Ignorance is bliss. Too many American voters are clueless. And if someone's source of news is the magazine rack at the supermarket checkout line, then all looks peachy and rosy. Plus, "The Bachelorette" TV show conclusion is nearing. Like, Oh my God, like ya know what I mean? Like, I dunno. Like whatever.

Correct. I keep telling people the same. The current American public is just not what it was in say 1980, 1984, or even 1994. This crop of Americans has bought into the social welfare state and a good 45% would vote for Obama no matter what.

We gotta understand the country is littered with victim groups and leechers. It is going to be extremely hard to oust Obama and his ilk. We may do well in November simply because our side is more fired up to vote, but come 2012 I have my doubts we will be able to evict Obama from the White House.

I, sadly, think this is now the case. Way too many of our citizens just don’t care. This weekend I talked to older Americans, ones who can remember the old cold war and the Soviet Union, and they just could not see anything wrong with Socialism. I find it hard to believe that our nation has come to this.

“Too many American voters are clueless.”

“A Republic Madam, if you can keep it.”

-Benjamin Franklin

The Founders knew the paramount importance of an informed, motivated, engaged voting populace.

Blessed with the most liberty and wealth enhancing political system ever created, lazy, self-absorbed Americans are obliviously content to just piss it all away.

Not just a damn shame, but an historically unprecedented shame.

Unless the GOP wins big in 2010 then has the guts to demand proof and then removes the coup leader - then it is over. The idiots will keep watching TV because the left controls the sheep with TV and ball games.

Seniors and baby boomers are so screwed. The idiots who voted for him deserve what they are going to get. Fools.

A large number of Americans are acting like serial spousal abuse victims. They just can't stay mad at the abuser.

True, but sadly, the rest of us who did not vote for him will also suffer the “votes of fools”.

When is this sob going to fall below 40 percent approval? I say after the Dims get clobbered in November.

The life-long parasites in the firmly entrenched welfare ranks, and class warfarists such as the dead-assed Union slobs enjoy and profit from the abuse of OTHERS.

Worse, many of those that are being abused, are not paying close enough attention to even realize it.

Pray for our country. I’m at the point where I believe that is now, all that we have.

I’m coming around to the viewpoint that it is going to take an economic meltdown and prolonged bad times to correct the idiotic, complacent, and plain fundamentally wrong, mindset of the US voting populace.

The fundamentals of the US economy are pointing in that direction, and given the above, I’m not sure now that this is entirely a bad thing.
