The judge who previously lifted the drilling ban should order Ken Salazar arrested immediately and brought to his courtroom on contempt charges. He can stay in jail for the duration of the new moratorium.

This is insane. He has essentially just given the finger to the courts.
He has announced, through this, that there is no check on executive power.
