Exactly. People with no concept of equine psychology could have blown a vuvuzela horn at them—or somebody could have thrown a firecracker. I hope the police get to the bottom of it. These horses wouldn’t have stampeded over children unless they were terrified. Whoever set them off should be identified, and if it was done with malice, prosecuted.
