Iyad Allawi's party won the most seats with Nouri al Maliki's party coming in at a close second. The two actually did agree to work together to seat the new government back in May. At this tender stage, I really think people like Biden could do more harm than good.

Iraq is handling it in their own way. I wish people like Biden would just stay out of it.
