5 EYEWITNESS NEWS has confirmed Stearns County investigators are at a property in the area where Jacob Wetterling was abducted more than 20 years ago.
Neighbors report seeing several unmarked law enforcement vehicles Wednesday morning at the property in St. Joseph. A sheriff's office squad car is parked at the entry to the driveway.
The sheriff's office tells 5 EYEWITNESS NEWS that, "an investigation is occurring today, but details of that investigation are restricted by a Stearns County court order."
The sheriff's office would not release any other details about the investigation and gave no indication when more details would be released.

Thanks, that IS very interesting. While that might work for some, like a lie detector, I’d still be climbing the walls because of the guilt and being scared about the death penalty. But then, I wouldn’t be out abducting little boys, so what do I know.
I’m assuming the Karen person is from a different thread. But do we know if Terri is sleeping? The poster was concentrating on the email in that she didn’t mention Kyron however, we don’t know if that’s the full email or if it was specifically addressing a question about her interviews with LE. See, that’s the problem out here in cyberspace. We’re only getting snippets of information so it’s hard to know exactly what’s what in either Jacob’s or Kyron’s case.
Hi, I been reading all of the posts on this site, for the last couple of weeks for some reason I been invaded by Jacobs abduction I still remember watching Jacobs mom on Oprah many years ago, and it has the same effect on me I keep seeing the same thing I seen for so many years. I see a small house and adjacently a farm. I will not post what other things come to me, since I do not want to be made fun of or worse call a “nut job” but YOU ARE absolutely right it is someone from that town I pray that someday soon it gets resolved, and I get my “visions” a rest so I can sleep at ease.
I don’t know why but Jacob’s case just sticks out from the rest even after all these years.
