Actually, O’Reilly is once again showing his ignorance of the Constitution. While the POTUS can pardon people for crimes, the POTUS cannot declare anyone to be a citizen.

While I hope the next House will impeach him for his failure to enforce our laws and while I hope the Senate will remove him from office, I ain’t gonna hold my breath.

O’Rielly has recently, since Obama was elected, embraced the populist angle on his Fox News program. I think he is scared to be the man he was before Obama. He is afraid of the word ‘racist’ being applied to him. That whole Levit Town, white guilt, bugaboo is following him.

He is not the guy we knew from 1997 until 20 Jan 2009.

I have pretty much given up on him. I only catch glimpses of his program now. Dennis Miller, Krauthammer, Dick Morris, and the culture quiz (I always best the Ducey/Callum).

Is that even possible. OK, he could wipe out the illegal part of the illegal aliens, however since the laws haven't changed, they would still be in violation of immigration laws, so if they didn't immediately file for green cards or leave the country, they would become illegal aliens again...

For example, when Clinton pardoned Marc Rich, that pardon wouldn't extend to any tax law or criminal violations AFTER the pardon.

He can do anything he wishes, for the American people think he is “taking care” of them. And O’Reilly will be a strong media critic of any impeachment. How would one even introduce a resolution in the House? It would just be thrown from the hopper. The American people voted for tyranny on Nov. 4, 2008, and I think they are going to get tyranny.

Congress would have no "impeachment" authority/capabilities if Obama was found to have never been "properly (legally) elected."

You do not have to believe like the LamStreamMedia and their fixation to the "birther" question - change the question to properly reflect "Is Obama in conformance with the US Constitution and MEET ALL the requirements required of the Office of The President of the USA?"

If he is not, then (legally - in accordance with the Constitution) you would have authority to "just" remove him from the White House and proceed with legal proceedings to vast to list.
