Actually, O’Reilly is once again showing his ignorance of the Constitution. While the POTUS can pardon people for crimes, the POTUS cannot declare anyone to be a citizen.
While I hope the next House will impeach him for his failure to enforce our laws and while I hope the Senate will remove him from office, I ain’t gonna hold my breath.
The amnesty would be for the civil crime of entering the country illegally...IOW, make them legal residents.
I don’t think they would try to declare anyone citizens.
