VP Gore asked the woman to massage his buttocks, inner thighs and abdomen during the scheduled 90 minute massage.
She says that during the massage, Gore began to moan in a sexual manner while asking her to move her hands closer & closer to his genital region.
When she stopped, he allegedly became angry & yelled at her before grabbing her hand & shoving it under the sheet covering his naked body, resting it on his pubic region.
After the first incident, the accuser was able to get back to a normal massage routine which she finished without further incident.
However, as she was packing up, she says Gore embraced her, grabbing & rubbing her butt & breasts.
She told police that she recalled feeling VP Gore sexually aroused.
After getting away from this physical embrace near the exit of Gore’s hotel room, the woman continued to pack up when Gore summoned her to the bedroom.
She states that she reluctantly went with him where he soon after grabbed her & forced her to her back on the bed.
He allegedly straddled her, asking for sex.
From there, she claims that VP Gore assaulted her one final time as he physically embraced her again, rubbing her bottom, chest, thighs and pubic area.
She says that she was finally able to convince Gore that she was not going to have sex with him and then left his hotel room at 1:30, two & a half hours after first entering Gore’s hotel room.
At home she called a friend to tell of her experience and later noticed that her pant leg contained stains in the area where Vice President Gore pressed himself against her. She saved the pants, without cleaning them.

Typically a theraputic massage runs $1/minute (maybe even more) and that is when you go TO a center.

There’s some truth to what you say but you need to read the deposition the woman gave.
Algore threatened her and is much larger than her. She was frightened. She was trying to persuade him to give up but he kept getting frisky and she was afraid that if she tried to run out he would get violent. He laid on top of her, forced his tongue into her mouth, hugged her forcefully, grabbed her private parts, etc.
That said, a one-hour massage would’ve lasted until 12:00 midnight or 12:30 AM and she left at 1:30 AM. “Lucy, you got some ‘splaining to do!!!!”
The additional 60-90 minutes might also be why she declined to press charges after all. Her reputation would be ruined and the timeline would support Gore’s claim that she was interested but declined at the last minute; or that she was nothing more than a gold digger trying to get her 15 minutes of fame.
The fact that the event happened four years ago, but is only coming to light now, is evidence that this woman’s motives were legitimate.

I bet the global warming conference picked up the hotel tab as part of his speaking contract. Democrat politicians don't spend $500 on a massage unless someone else is paying. It would explain why he didn't order a discreet service on his own. Because global warming conferences are left-fests, all the women (and men) on craigslist were probably already booked.
