The Commissioned Corps is discriminating based on age. Clearly illegal, no?

Sorry, but I am not following your post reference. On this thread post #7 is by "awakened". Perhaps you are referencing another post.
BTW, the info you provided is just a part of the discrimination in the bill. It requires Nursing, Medical and Health Science school to use quotas based on demographics of the local population.
