Charles Blow is commenting about other people's disillusionment (polls, pundit reactions, etc.). What little he divulges of his personal evaluation of The Won is that he's still a gung-ho supporter.

The article is flawed, but Blow hits the nail on the head right there. Very perceptive appraisal of the narcissist-in-chief.
