“I too miss President Bush every single day, as a patriot and a conservative. We have lost SO much.
“
Can you name any flaws or anything he did wrong? How ‘bout his stance on amnesty? Did you agree with that too?
Good question Ears.
I am NOT accusing you of any false statements.
All I am accusing you of is hypocrisy when you denigrate Bush43 for lack of stopping illegal immigration while you never mention Reagan who actually gave amnesty to millions of illegals. Bush43 never gave amnesty to illegals.
So to be non-hypocritical, and un-biased, it is important to state that Bush43 was no good on illegals issue, and Reagan was worse.
They all suck on this issue. Even Palin was singing the same tune during her campaign with McCain. It has nothing to do with their character. It has everything to do with being SOFT ON THE ILLEGALS ISSUE.
So you see, I am an equal opportunity basher of ALL politicians who are soft on the illegals issue. If I was the president, I would round up every employer who hired illegals and throw them in prison for collusion to break US immigration laws. That will result in a mass emigration of illegals out of the United States.
Moral: Never trust Barack Obama.
Prayin for Arizona....my town, Fremont, Nebraska, has it’s own Illegal Immigration ordinance up for a vote Monday. Turns out Omaha And Lincoln’s mayors are partially funding the opposition to the ordinance.

RE: “Just curious, but why is your friend still a Democrat?”
**************
I asked him that question. He is 68 years old and claims he has just stopped voting. He’s Jewish, one of those who has no concern for Israel whatsoever. He’s against gay ‘marriage’ and for the AZ anti-illegals bill, but still... he can’t make that leap to Rep. status. But I’d rather have him NOT voting than voting Dem so I don’t push it.
And I haven't agreed with a number of things he did, but I don't agree with anyone on everything. That doesn't change a word I said.
He is a patriot and a man of integrity, and I miss him every single day.
(I don't expect Presidents to be superhuman, nor to do everything I want them to do. It's when people demand those two things that they get irrationally angry and sometimes lose their minds. Examples of those personal issues are abundant, some even on this thread).
The heck of it is that immigration is technically under Federal jurisdiction. Old saw: elections have consequences. As I understand it, AZ doesn’t actually step on Federal turf, and regardless — suing AZ is mobster law, seeking loopholes and technicalities to protect criminals.
BO never promised to give a fig about border security. He had pandered to illegals back in ‘08.
That said, God bless Arizona! I don’t really care if BO has some stinking loophole or not. The ship is sinking and the hole must be plugged, period. Save the ship and THEN talk about jurisdiction, just like Governor Jindal and barrier reefs.
Until the crucifixion, there will be no federal border control beyond minor dithering.
You mean we already had it two thousand years ago?
No, there will be another.
