Oh what the hell. 99's a stupid number. Move it up to 104 weeks - an even two years.
Again, the bill currently being considered (HR 4213) does NOT add weeks beyond the 99 max. It just moves the eligibility date for receiving benefits to Nov 2010. It is for folks who haven't yet used up their 99 weeks.
