No, probably not. Since there is only roughly 5% of the population that is really gay, you would have to have a shipload of friends to have any who are gay (whether we know it or not)...and of course, if they were, in fact, friends, we would know.
Well, depends where you live. If you live in a small town, then the less than 5% rule applies; if you live in a big city, then throw the low number out, and it would likely be 10-15% in some places (NY, Chi, SF, Hou, Mia).
