An Egyptian foreign service official's comment about President Obama is turning into a sensation among bloggers for its claim that the American leader claims to be Muslim.
Obama's religiosity has been the subject of discussion since before he was elected and his Chicago-area pastor, Rev. Jeremiah Wright, delivered a "God d--- America" sermon that was caught on video.
Obama later claimed to be a Muslim in a television interview where the interviewer corrected his "misstatement" and he has referenced the Muslim heritage in America's past several times.
Now the heat on the issue is being turned up because of a weeks-old report in Israel Today.
In the report, Egyptian Foreign Minister Ahmed Aboul Gheit was quoted as saying during an appearance on Nile TV that, "The American president told me in confidence that he is a Muslim."
The White House remained silent on the comment, declining to respond to a WND request for comment.
But blogger Pamela Geller at Atlas Shrugs wrote, "This is akin to an SS officer getting elected president during WW II. Every country in the free world must be cognizant of such a catastrophic sea change in the leadership of the free world (as witnessed by events over the past year). This changes everything. He took an oath to protect and defend the Constitution, and yet he has gone around the world promoting Islam, the Shariah (Islamic law)."
She suggested that the exchange could have happened early in 2010 when Gheit was in Washington, D.C., to address "Mideast peace talks."

Because that is exactly what Obama is trying to do when he fights to permit gays in the U.S. military. He is destroying the enemy of Islam from the inside!
And isn't Obama permitted to use taqiyyah (and you, for that matter) to mislead his enemy (the American people)? He will say or do anything he wishes with complete impunity if it serves the cause of Islam and the establishment of the Caliphate.

But my overall point is still valid. Obama eats pork. He drinks beer. He supports the gay rights agenda. He supports the radical feminist agenda. He supports abortion on demand.
All of these are 100% incompatible with Islam.
Don't get sucked into the trap of thinking all your enemies are the same. They're not.
As I've said elsewhere, Obama's a secular corporatist social democrat. While that's a dangerous political philosophy, it is not Islam.
Put another way, just because Obama is bad, and most forms of Islam are bad, doesn't mean Obama is a Muslim.

If Obama is a muslim, he's more of a Hawaiian-wahine sort of muslim.

As to abortion, though, I don't think Islam has a problem with killing infidel babies. It's just another way to win the demographics aspect of this war.

Actually, I thought Ramadan occurred in Aug last year while Obama’s weight loss was news in Nov.

The first few lines from the "call to prayer" is the shahada. The shahada is not from the koran. It is from the hadiths. Furthermore, it is the SWEARING OF AN OATH to islam. Non-Muslims wishing to convert to Islam do so by a public recitation of the creed. It is also an oath EVEN if you are tricked or forced into reciting it and even if you wish to renounce it, you can NOT do so without fear for your life.
It goes like this: "Ash-hadu -an-la-ilaha illal-laha, wa ash-hadu anna Mohammad-an Abdo-hu wa Rasulo-uhu wa ash-hadu anna moulana ali-un –vasi-un wa vazir-ah.” It literally means: "I bear witness that there is no God but Allah, and I bear witness that Mohammad is Allah's servant and His Messenger, and Ali is his successor ’vasi’ and minister ‘vazir’".
And it ALSO means that obama knew exactly what he was saying, knew exactly what it meant, and had no qualms about calling it the most beautiful sound on earth. As with most things, it was a message to his brethren and a finger in the eye of what obama considers stupid Americans.
