So you choose to totally ignore / overlook the fact that individuals (such as this young lady) invariably require others to personally risk their lives (and expend large sums of money) to try and rescue them from danger....?

I'm all for individual liberty - but also for real individual responsibility when a person “chooses” to place themselves needlessly in great peril
