Abbas is not a country. hamas and fatah are not countries. They are terrorist groups. The palestinians are NOT a people. No country in the entire world wants them. He is promising money to terrorists. Period.
There are 4.4 million Palestinians. How many of them will see any of this money? Five hundred?
