I wholeheartedly agree with of all the outrage over this, but I have watched BOTH parties pour millions, and MILLIONS of taxpayer dollars into the Palestinian Authority for years...
In fact, in 2005, it was Congress that reigned in G.W. Bush from giving unrestricted aid...

Web articles are indicating that Obama has “pledged” and “additional” $400 million. Does that mean that he’s got it to give with no specific budget authorization from Congress?
This is a huge number - I just don’t understand how America can come up with “new” dollar gifts to other countries, especially this one.
We seem screwed.

If Obama went LIVE right now on TV and spoke in perfect arabic (as he is very fluent in many muslim/arabic dialects) and pledge outright -against- the US of America and sided with terrorists after giving them FOUR HUNDRED MILLION DOLLARS the media would still say he was their man and go on a tirade of blaming Bush and Cheney.
The $400 million will be used by Hamas to buy more weapons, to attack Israel. Or perhaps Hamas has a “revenue sharing” agreement with other terrorist groups, so that some of the millions will be used to kill American troops in Iraq, Afghanistan, or to kill American citizens here at home.
