PALM BEACH, Fla. (AP) — What was Elton John doing at Rush Limbaugh's wedding?

John performed at the reception when Limbaugh married Kathryn Rogers in Palm Beach, Florida, on Saturday, according to the Palm Beach Post.

John has not made a statement on why he chose to perform for Limbaugh, in spite of the outcry from the gay community.

Some reports say John earned a million dollars for the gig.

Here’s a news bulletin: Not all Conservatives are Christian! Keep your religion in your politics if you choose and I’ll do the same if I choose, but we are idiots if we exclude those who are not Christian

Here's a news bulletin to you:

Our founders distinguished our form of government from the rest of the worlds by acknowledging that our Freedom and Rights are God given based on our Christian God, which means that our form of government is a Christian based form of government including Christian values and morals.

How do you atheists reconcile that? Hmmmmmmmmmm, CINO?

And you continue to mix up “activism” with “lifestyle” by the way

Their insistence that we accept their lifestyle drives their activism!!!!

Wake up, gatorgirl!

Michael Novak wrote a great book about the religous heritage of our founding. In its title he acknowledged that there were two wings to the flight of our creation: Simple Faith and Common Sense. TWO WINGS. Let’s not forget when stessing the first that the second was in full play then, as it should be now.

I’m not an atheist nor do I advocate the “wall of separation between Church and State” but I am educated and understand that we do not have a State Religion.

Limiting the label “conservative” solely to Christians is a bad, bad idea. Not to mention ridiculous. I think the Jewish FReepers around here would concur.

Why not? It’s the same thing. Anytime you buy something, someone could benefit financially who may be doing something you disapprove of.

I stated that many posts ago! Jeez!

One more time:

If an actor is a libtard that supports Oblowme I don't go see their movies, watch their shows, buy their DVD's etc. I will not give my hard earned money to see it passed along to the commies!

If a singer is a faggot I don't buy their records, go to their concerts or watch their videos. I will not give my hard earned money to see it passed along to the gay agenda.

If I walk into a freaking McDonald's and the sissy behind the counter is wearing a 'I'm Gay' button I'm gonna walk out of that place!

What is so hard about that to understand?

I never said that, did I? But, one does need to understand that, regardless of their religion or lack of, our country was formed and our Constitution was written based on Judeo Christian values. These values are, by nature, conservative. Therefore, your powers of deduction should lead to the irrefutable fact that American conservatism is based in Christianity.

So in other words, you don’t buy anything, ever, because you never really know for certain that someone down the line who does things you and your high horse disapprove of could benefit.

Did I say that? Did I? You sound like a damn libtard.

What is so 'high horsed' about having convictions? If so called 'conservatives' like you were to stand stronger in your so called 'conservative' convictions we, the USA, wouldn't be on the brink of a secular socialist society.

But don't let me stop you from buying your gay records or going to the movies to see actors that hate conservatives and try to defeat conservatism with your own money.

You may as well vote for Oblowme the next go round.
