How can the majority of conservative voters just pick one of these candidates you mentioned and then fully support that one candidate as well as fully vote for just that one candidate on November 2? Any voting pattern other than what I just mentioned equals a leftist winning this seat on November 2.
Sorry.
Is anyone surprised. Kirk is a little RINO dork
Is there an Independent candidate in that race?
HERE ARE THE CANDIDATES FOR THAT SENATE SEAT IN ILLINOIS:

Kirk plays for the "other team", I suppose there are male hookers and bed warmers though.
Yep, queer as a three dollar bill.
I'm pretty sure he does.
During the primary, he actually had the nerve to ask for Sarah Palin's endorsement. To her credit, she did not endorse him.
Cheap “body servants” ~ of all kinds.
I live in Rep. Kirk’s congressional district, and I’ve never voted for him. When the choices are a liberal Democrat and a liberal Republican, I usually skp that section, of the ballot.
I’ll choose a U.S. Senate candidate, in Oct. If I think that the race will be close, I’ll vote for Kirk, since I don’t want to help split the anti-Democrat vote, helping the Democrat win, with 49% of the vote. If I think that the race won’t be close, I’ll vote for a conservative.
I’m still waiting for Sarah Palin to actually endorse a decent, conservative candidate, for any political office, who isn’t a Republican! Would she ever do that?
Kirk is an absolute idiot.
Has he read the bill?
Does he know it mirrors standing Federal Immigration Law?
If he is against AZ’s law then apparently the idiot is likewise against the standing Federal Immigration Law(s)?
Opps, he is from Illinois...the land of Jack Squat Barry...go figure....=.=
I don’t know whether Palin will endorse a candidate who isn’t a Republican. I hope that she will.
Kirk probably doesn’t like the federal immigration laws. A officer of the Illinois Minuteman Project told me that Kirk went to the border and gave advice to illegals, to help them sneak across the border.
Kirk, still, often needs to hear an earful from everybody against amnesty for illegal immigrants as well as against all other pro-leftist solutions on all issues! Politicians can be turned, but it’s up to them, whether or not they actually do change for the better. All RINOS, always, will need to hear complaints from all non-leftists, everywhere! RINOS are greatly damaging the long-term survival of the entire GOP, whether they know it or not!
And your point is? Local cops shouldn’t arrest terrorists? They are planning to commit crimes locally. Should individual citizens stop crimes from happening? What am I missing?
As Fieldmarshaldj noted, the fact Kirk won the primary with 58% over nominal opposition will probably just embolden him to ignore conservatives and believe he can screw over the GOP base with impunity.
Kirk apologists claim the fact he flip-flopped on cap n' trade during the primary is proof Kirk is willing to listen to conservatives and can be reasoned with "unlike a Democrat". But can they point to ANY other instance in the last decade when Kirk was swayed against a liberal POV because conservatives made noise? No. Kirk happily gave conservatives the middle finger from 2001-2009 because he was unopposed in primaries and figured we "have to" vote for him no matter how much he promotes the leftist agenda.
Since he's now the GOP Senate nominee, it will be another six years at the minimum before Kirk could face another primary challenge and that's a big "COULD". Kirk is now free to do whatever he wants knowing that no Republican can run against him. The only way socialists like Kirk will get the message is if a viable third party candidate poses a threat to him.
Since winning the primary, Kirk has already betrayed conservatives on his "pledge" to "lead the fight" to overturn Obamacare (now says he regrets that pledge to the Club for Growth and that Obamacare is "settled law" for the foreseeable future), betrayed us on Gitmo (caved to the Obama administration's demands within weeks of winning the primary), and now he's betraying his promise to support the effort against illegal immigration.
You can melt down the phone lines at Kirk's office, but it's probably an exercise in futility at this point in time. Losing power is the only thing RINOs care about.
Don’t vote for Kirk. He’s a Bill Crist. Illinois is already so screwed up anyway it won’t matter.
I want to see Kirk go down in flames, like the flaming liberal bastard he is. I don’t know who I dislike more, him or Romney.
