My fifth graders could get extra credit for memorizing all four...Third grade was required to memorize the first and to sing the Preamble of the Constitution (School House Rock version) and “Fifty Nifty United States in which they sang the names of all fifty in alphabetical order....When they were in high school in US History...They still could sing all three...Teacher had to change her bonus point requirements cause they all still knew all three and would break out in song just to make the point.
