No surprise here. Remember when he called Operation Cast Lead, which was Israels response to thousands of Hamas rocket firings, a case of preemptive war?
Americas Greatest Patriot wants you to believe hes a study in non-interventionist neutrality, with his knocks on Israel a mere function of the fact that we continue to prop them up with foreign aid. Because the U.S. is kinda sorta responsible for their behavior, goes the logic, theyre fair game for criticism.
Why hed want to maintain a posture of neutrality between Israel and an eliminationist outfit like Hamas, I have no idea, but lay that aside.
Amoral neutrality doesnt excuse his use of propaganda as impartial news sources have noted, Gaza isnt starving nor does it explain his relentless attempts over the past several years to minimize the threat from Iranian nuclear weapons.

No matter how good he may be on some fiscal points, the man is a looney bird. Israel has the right to protect itself from the Palis and their pals, period.
Is his son like dear old dad? If so, I doubt he can win. Ron says something the people love and then goes out and undoes it.

Do you think I got carried away on the Gog/Magog thread?
Did I miss something there? ... :-) ... I mean, I'm not sure which thread that is ...
You may if you like, but there are many Orthodox anti-Zionist Jews ;-)
Yes, I've never figured out some of those Orthodox, anti-Zionist Jews getting real chummy with President Mahmoud Ahmadinejad, of Iran, either ... but apparently some do ...
They must be stupid and complete idiots, chumming up with the likes of Ahmadinejad, who wants to eliminate the Jewish state of Israel ... hoo-boy!
I am willing to change my mind if you have stronger evidence than he is anti-Zionist.
I don’t know any that are chummy with Ahmadinejad, but there is a theological argument that they make that I, a one time fugitive from a Mitzah tank, haven’t invested any time in.
Not good!
Yet ANOTHER reason why I would NEVER vote for Ron Paul.
Yikes!... that’s “mitzvah tank” for those who are more careful typers than I am.
Quite embarrassing...
In October 2005, Neturei Karta leader Rabbi Yisroel Dovid Weiss issued a statement criticizing Jewish attacks on Iranian President Mahmoud Ahmadinejad. Weiss wrote that Ahmadinejad's statements were not "indicative of anti-Jewish sentiments", but rather, "a yearning for a better, more peaceful world", and "re-stating the beliefs and statements of Ayatollah Khomeini, who always emphasized and practiced the respect and protection of Jews and Judaism."
In March 2006, several members of Neturei Karta's radical branch visited Iran where they met with Iranian leaders, including the Vice-President, and praised Ahmadinejad for calling for the State of Israel to be "wiped from the pages of history." The spokesmen commented that they shared Ahmadinejad's aspiration for "a disintegration of the Israeli government".
Only what I have heard him say and other items I have read.
I’ll look around and see if I can find something definitive.
Here is the youtube video without the blog.

The thread I linked earlier had dozens of replies. You could have just posted to that one.
I get the feeling that if a giant meteor was about to strike the earth and kill us all, Paul would be against NASA shooting a missile at it to save us because...its not in the constitution.
He just has no sense.
O_O
He’s right on the money!
Mat 15:14 Let them alone: they be blind leaders of the blind. And if the blind lead the blind, both shall fall into the ditch. The Lord is speaking as clear as a bell.
Paul is a foreign policy dumba$$...essentially, a single-use tool whose only claim to value is his small government cloak - and that is wearing thin.
Yo! Paulie - yer 15 minutes of fame is over...g’bye!
A.A.C.
In all honesty, I usually think that RP is "right on the money", but this time I listened to what he said and thought, "WTF?"
Israel has a right to defend its own country and it's none of our business to tell them what to do in protecting their own sovereignty. Like Muslim "humanitarian aid" for the last 20 years to both Palestine and the Balkans, those "humanitarian aid supplies" often contain weapons and there has been a proven history of this kind of weapons smuggling.
RP talked about a blockade as "an act of war" -- and he's right, except for one little thing -- in this case, it would have to mean the Israeli government declaring war on itself! His metaphor only works if Palestine is a separate country, which it is not.
This was the worst interview that I have ever seen Ron Paul do. I think that he left his brain at home when he did it!
That’s like saying, I’m not anti-French, I just want France to cease to exist.
