They may be having server issues where their update isn’t applying to all their front ends.
Mozilla start and igoogle haven’t changed for me but google has. They usually change at least the color scheme for the letters on google for important holidays or whatever floats their fancy such as the pacman anniversary a couple of weeks ago.
