All the Republicans on the House Judiciary Committee have joined Rep. Darrell Issa, ranking GOP member of the House Committee on Government Oversight and Reform, in writing a letter to FBI Director Robert Mueller over the Joe Sestak affair. The lawmakers urge Mueller to investigate collusion and possible obstruction of justice involving the White House, former President Bill Clinton, and Sestaks brother, who was consulted during the drafting of the new White House report.
Not surprisingly, the White Houses own report clears White House officials and former President Bill Clinton of wrongdoing, the lawmakers write. But assurances by the Obama White House that no laws were broken are like the Nixon White House promising it did nothing illegal in Watergate. Clearly an independent investigation is necessary to determine once and for all what really happened.
The lawmakers say that the original acts, in which Sestak was offered a position in return for his leaving the Pennsylvania Democratic Senate primary race, could violate several federal laws. But they are also worried by the circumstances surrounding the White Houses self-exonerating report. We are equally concerned about steps taken by the White House leading up to the issuance of todays report, they write, including a meeting between former President Clinton and President Obama and reports that Rep. Sestaks brother and campaign manager was consulted on the drafting of the White House report. The apparent collusion between the parties involved may constitute obstruction of justice. We urge the FBI to investigate.
The Republicans note that Attorney General Eric Holder has already turned down a request from Issa to investigate the matter.

I wonder if the MSM is getting bored with Obama yet? ;-)
The White House says chief of staff had Bill Clinton offer
Joe Sestak job with Obama to drop Senate bid.
(Throw Rahm from the train?) Off with ALL their heads...NOW!
As soon as he is in serious trouble they will be. The establishment has gone on for to long. Look at how the pundits are slowly changing their tune the closer we get to the mid-terms. F-em.
He could resign then have someone else appointed so we avoid the pelosi mess.
Yep
They will throw anyone under the bus. Unfortunately for Obama, he intimated knowledge of these actions when Major Garrett posed the question.
The way it typically works is a little more sneaky.
Hey Sestak you know we’d like you to take the Sec. of Navy position; however, you appear to busy since you’re running for senate and we’d like to appoint you sooner rather than later. What do you think...any chance you’d take that offer?
But Sestak blew the lid off it when he mentioned the job offer and now it stinks like a pile of crap at a paper plant in Houston during the heat of summer. (Ron White joke).
Anyway, I think what really happened Sestak didn’t realize he let the cat out of the back when he tried to parlay his refusal to take the job as a good thing.
Zerobama must be held accountable! He can spread the blame all he
wants to, but if he wants the “buck to stop” at his desk, as
he indicated when discussing the oil spill (and I say he is
No Harry Truman, BTW), then it must also stop there in this
case. I hope someone has the guts to prosecute this. It is
clearly flaunting the election laws and who knows how many
others!
Today brought the admission that they offered the guy a job. The board appointment story doesn’t hold water as most hear have described. Let the investigation commence and let’s get Clinton too for repeat on perjury.
Love it!
Thanks! I just set it up as an actual bumper sticker over here: http://www.zazzle.com/impeach_o_bumper_sticker-128669703098572578?gl=oceander
Very cool! That would sure send a message loud and clear

For all of you liberal lurkers out there, this is what you support.
Did you make that? Replace one of those letters and I will put it on my car. (Cops in the South are not fond of curse words)
