Rush probably feels like I do that Barry has worked for the CIA before and Rush doesn't want the goobermint swooping down on him.

He's not scared, but Rush feels he can do some real good staying on the air and guiding folks to the truth and research issues..

Heck, if the DOJ won't prosecute the voter intimidation form the NBPP (new black panther party), they won't prosecute / ivestigate anyone with the Sestak issue.
