Too Close for Comfort? Author Penning Sarah Palin Expose Moves Next Door to Her (PRICELESS VIDEO)

Joe McGinniss' Book, Slated for 2011 Release, Is Being Written in Wasilla, Alaska, next door to Sarah Palin's home!

The former Alaska governor has a new neighbor and it's not someone she is happy about. Author and investigative reporter Joe McGinniss , who has written critically of Palin in the past, rented the house next to the former GOP vice presidential candidate so he can write a book about her.

The Palins , whose ever-expanding compound is bustling with construction, are putting up a new fence that they hope will block McGinniss' view. Palin took to Facebook Wednesday to complain about McGinniss.

"Yes, that Joe McGinniss. Here he is about 15 feet away on the neighbor's rented deck overlooking my children's play area and my kitchen window," the former governor wrote. "We're sure to have a doozey to look forward to with this treasure he's penning. Wonder what kind of material he'll gather while overlooking Piper's bedroom, my little garden, and the family's swimming hole?"

Palin also called into conservative commentator Glenn Beck's radio show Wednesday to express her frustration. "He's an odd character," she said. "If you look at his history, and the things that he's written and that the things he's been engaged in, but you know as they say, fences make for good neighbors and Todd and his buddies started the fence yesterday and it's looking good."

In 2009, McGinniss wrote a critical piece on Palin and her natural gas pipeline plan for Portfolio, a Conde Nast publication. His book, tentatively titled "Sarah Palin's Year of Living Dangerously," is expected to be released in 2011.

That’s precisely what made me mad. It’s all a joke to the lame stream sycophants because it’s “just” Sarah Palin.

Imagine were the subject “just” a democrat woman (or man) with a family and the obsessed nutcase moved-in next door to write a nasty book about their beloved politican.

I doubt they would be so joyful.

You know this would would be funny, the Lib's in Mass would blow a head gasket.

The Palins should rent a private estate with lots of real-estate around it, possibly even on the Conn River near Amherst and or South Hadley.

This would drive the professors the elite that smell each others feet bonkers!!!!

Let us not get into the Wymen in Northampton, their heads would explode!!!!

Random House and/or Broadway Books, a division (I guess) of Random House.

I don’t know. I’ve seen members post that they’ve written to Random House and Glenn Beck has likely called. I know he said he would never endorse another Random House publication unless they put a stop to this.

This is creepy. I hope the kids have lots and lots of noisy summer pool parties. Maybe a trampoline, a slip and slide would be good if there is no pool. Lots of kid noises.

I think she'd be better off hiding her children from that guy.

Todd and his friends have built a tall fence. We also have a pic of the fence that Greta posted on Greta wire. I can try to find it to post for you here. The fence is also shown on the video and also Al B. has label an aerial photo that maybe he will post here.

(HINT)

Ugh! I was there for a debate tournament there 25 years ago... the best place in town to eat was the Woolworth's lunch counter. Everything else was variations on "Bean Sprout Hut."

I've read several of McGinniss's books. He's a pretty good writer, but he's ethically challenged, to say the least.

He made his name with Fatal Vision, about Green Beret physician Jeffrey MacDonald, who was convicted of killing his wife and children. MacDonald gave McGinniss full access to himself and to his defense, believing that McGinniss would write a favorable account of his case. During the time he spent with MacDonald, McGinniss concluded that MacDonald was in fact guilty of the murders, but led MacDonald to believe that he thought MacDonald was innocent so as not to lose access to him. Fatal Vision wound up being a total hatchet job on MacDonald.

Having read Fatal Vision, I think McGinniss made a strong case for MacDonald's guilt, but I'm not totally convinced because of McGinniss's own credibility problems and lack of honesty.

I suspect he is not a practiced outdoorsman. If he were to go out on a sightseeing trip, it is perfectly understandable that he might get lost in the great, vast, scenic wild lands of Alaska. I just bet Todd would be glad to give that pervert some first hand tips on getting along (or not) in the Alaskan wilds.

He..heh...hee hee, hee ho. bwa ha, bwa ha ha, bwa ha ha ha!

Sarah should thank her former neighbor who rented the house to this POS. That neighbor isnt any better than the stalker.

I wouldn't be surprised if he rented the property through a straw party. That's how Cindy Sheehan bought "Camp Casey" in Crawford, TX.

The Palins should deliver a large meat lovers pizza every night he lives there and a large all the works submarine sandwich every day for lunch. A three egg omlet with a few large sausage links with a half a dozen butter rolls for breakfast

In six months maybe he will have a massive coronary or a least gain 40 lbs

I recall reading that book too. One thing’s for certain. Unlike the trust he gained with Jeffrey MacDonald, he won’t get interview one with Sarah or with anyone who’s truly her friend.

She has her own security team along with her able husband Todd. As for our part, we pray. I wish a lot of us had the money to stand watchful all summer.
