What would happen to a rancher if he shot one/some of these illegals?
I’m not saying that what they are doing is punishable by death, but is it considered a breach of our sovereignty? If so, what are the consequences?
If they shot one while in defense of their own life I would hope nothing.
However, we really don’t want to be gunning them down just for hopping the border. Then again it is an invasion that is tantamount to being taken over by a hostile enemy.
If it gets too far out of hand there are many who will gladly start opening fire, and not stop until there is no movement from the enemy.
How much would you put up with before you had enough of you neighbor crashing your parties, and destroying your home?
One of the ranchers down there lost his ranch (yes the illegal took him to court and won). Talk about a disgrace.
