Actually, it’s “lack of W’s” fault. Even the Cubs have more pennants than the Rangers.

Doesn’t M. Levin claim that they are one and the same?

Ozanian says the deal with Greenburg is dead, but that’s not at all clear.

I thought the Detroit Lions would be the first sports franchise to file for bankruptcy.

The Detroit Lions are ford Motor Company’s “loss leader”. They will always be around.

LMAO, not a big fan of Bush here, but you guys are right on target. The “Obama Defense” has to be just around the corner with regard to this matter.
I can hear it now, 2011, Obama still blaming Bush, and the media still posed with it’s collective nose in forbidden places.

One must ask: What was Commissioner Bud Selig thinking?Bud Selig is a feckless jerk and one of the worst MLB commissioners ever. Has he bowed down to the libs in their demand to move the 2011 All-Star game from Arizona yet?

I guess they shouldn’t have paid Chuck Noris all that money.

The writer was generous — he used the words “thinking” and “Bud Selig” in the same sentence. Seems a stretch to me...

Shoosh, if this had happened a few years ago the Rangers could have had a shot at returning to Washington DC as the Senators. I really don’t think DC is a two baseball team kind of city. The Rangers own all the Senator’s pennants and historical items, I wonder if they would sell them to the Nationals?

Q: "What was Commissioner Bud Selig thinking?"
A: "How does my hair look?"
To: frogjerk
Last I heard Selig told them to go pound sand and the game is on for Arizona.
Hope he doesn’t cave..However plenty of time left for that .
To: Paladin2; C19fan
Definitely Bush’s fault. He never should have traded Sammy Sosa!
