NOGALES, Ariz. - A travel warning has been issued from the U.S. consulate in Mexico after several unconfirmed reports of unauthorized checkpoints.
According to officials, some motorists who didn't stop were shot at and killed.

My wife’s hometown, and where she was born is about an hour and a half south of Laredo, Texas...
I would actually go back for a visit, but I am going to have some problems blending in...And with the hightened state of awareness and exploitation of people coming for a visit like ourselves...

It really is a shame...Its a great trip...
Mexico, for all intents and purposes, is a lost cause, they have not a clue, nor the desire to clean their own house, so why do it...When they can just encourage their own to invade the US to the north and rape, pilage and plunder...
Our government will continue to placate, and ignore and underfund the effort to do anything about it...
