I'm afraid that act in and of itself would unravel the country. Obama voters are by and large the same people who participated in the Rodney King riots and you should know how that riot was ended. Lock down curfew at night, with the announcement of welfare checks to keep people standing in line all day.
The Supreme court has ruled that a usurper gains legitimacy if the act of unseating him would cause an undue amount of social unrest. I think that's why they do not want to touch any of the BC cases.
The current unrest in Bangkok is pretty much exactly this issue - Thaksin is the Obama.

And if the Rodney King types want a fascist state, they will have to be willing to pay the blood price to establish it IMHO.Or will we be like Germany was in 1928 and accept it without a whimper?
