Specter winning will completely piss-off the Democrat grassroots, eliminate the possibility of Specter as a Third-Party candidate, and he instantly starts 20 points down in the polls to Toomey.

Specter may not get his come-uppins tonight, but he will get them in November!

I’m rooting for Specter, not because I want him to win, but because he’ll be easier to beat in the general.
