F him. It is just a reprint of the federal law, so in effect, holder is saying that the federal law that he is sworn to uphold is crap. I was not familiar at all with Ted Poe but as I was watching the segment I thought to myself he must be a lawyer and a darn good one, he's sharp as a tack.
