VIDEO: Governor Christie Calls Liberal Reporter Moran "Thin-Skinned"
save jersey blog ^ | Matt Rooney

This has been a loooong time coming, Save Jerseyans.

The antics of liberal columnist Tom Moran (and the anti-Christie curmudgeon Paul Mulshine Moonshine) are topics of regular discussion here at Save Jersey. Until now, however, no one else has had the intestinal fortitude to put them in their place except for your beloved and revered Blogger-in-Chief.

Then came along Governor Christopher J. Christie! Check out the INCREDIBLE (and entertaining) exchange he had with Moran at yesterday's "33 bills" press conference. When was the last time we saw a Republican elected official display this much backbone with the media, Save Jerseyans? Not since Reagan...

Enjoy:

I didn’t support him at all....I thought he would turn out to be a RINO. I have been delightedly chomping down on crow sandwiches morning noon and night since the election.

He’s got a darn-the-next-election, full steam ahead attitude which is so rare. We have been trying to move back to my home state of PA, but I’m looking at Rendell there and Christie here and I’m thinking maybe we should stay.

I’m as cynical as they come, but I love Christie. I voted Lonegan in the primary, Christie in the general, and to say I am pleasantly surprised would be a gross understatement. Yeah, someone will point out his faults, but here in NJ, I’ll take em.

I’m starting to believe. Having been disappointed by other “so called” Conservatives, I’m still not totally on board, but I am starting to believe in this guy.

WOW!!
Oh my.. Another Republican, like Arizona governor Jan Brewer, who refuses to run like a scared bunny rabbit from the dying Democrat “mainstream” newsrooms. How refreshing this is!

Christie/Brewer 2012
(Or the other way around - - either way.)

A man acting like a man and not a liberal pussy. This is long overdue.

I am so glad I voted for him. He reminds me of Rudy taking on the press.

Yeah, what a concept. He doesn't shrivel up into the fetal position if a liberal says something to him.

I would vote for Christie in 2012.

We’re in the same position. Grew up in PA, married and moved to NJ. We’ve been raising a family here but questioning ourselves on the move to NJ. Now, suddenly, we’re very hopeful. :-)
