Because the White House has been doing some of its own polling and realized very quickly that another successful terror attack on US soil means that King Barry is a one-term president, guaranteed.
The Kenyan will be a one-term president. Some state - we only need one - will pass a proof of natural born citizenship law to run in the state. He will not run. ;-)
