reardless of what Barricuda Sarah says, there are no death panels in obummercare.I'll agree that there is no language that actually says "Death Panel" in there, but there is certainly language that defines one, and how folks will be subject to them. It has been pointed out repeatedly here on FR, with proper cites. I'll see what I can find.

They may call it a panel setting limitations on care provided. That is is fact a death panel, if they deny care because of age. Face reality.
