I wanted to take a minute out of my usual smart-@$$ ranting to pass my condolences to you, the town and the family that raised a hero.
Such nobility always gives me pause, and I’ll take an extra minute for respect to try to make up for the disrespect our enemies show.

His funeral is Wednesday morning at 10:30 . His casket was escorted from the Amarillo Airport this afternoon by VFW, Local, County and State Law Enforcement and others. Albeit local wind gusts were in excess of 70mph flags were out for the fallen warrior.
We had a Memorial at the Panhandle War Memorial last Friday as stated above....... pride, respect and gratitude for this mans service and sacrifice were present as was the support for his family and friends.
