MSNBC HOST: Lt. Col., our time is limited, but my last question to you. The Tea Party has raised concerns that it may have, I guess, racism build in it. We have seen some racist signs at past events. People have said that is not apart of the Tea Party movement, but are African-American candidates aligning themselves with the Tea Party?
LT. COL. ALLEN WEST (RET.): Well, I don't think they're so much aligning themselves with the Tea Party. The principles and values I espouse: limited government, lower taxes, individual responsibility, accountability, liberty and honoring the traditions of our Constitutional Republic are connecting me with those grassroots Americans that attend Tea Party rallies. And I've spoken to four or five of those rallies and I've not seen any racist type of signs.
Lt. Col. Allen West, retired, is a Republican Florida Congressional candidate.

I’ve listened to LT. Col. Allen West and I like him a lot, What I wouldn’t give to have him occupying the oval office right now.
That was one funny skit! On why he left his white wife: “Because she was a n****r lover!”
You forgot the ‘Lick Bush and Dick’ sticker I saw.
allen west is da man
NBC reporter: I see racist signs.
Kid from that movie: I see dead people.
One’s about as valid as the other.
Exactly WHO is "we"?
....zer0bama’s black????
I never thought to look, nor do I care, one way or another.
I hate the POSOTUS because he is a commie, rat b@$t@rd, terrorist lovin’, scumbag....
...is that wrong???? (no....it is not.)
Wow. They will not let go of this will they? I have never witnessed anything like this with the media. It is the worst I have seen.

Don't worry MSNBC...everything is going to be all white.
To the left...everybody is a racist. (YAWN...)
Exactly. I would suggest sending this to Bill Press but I think he already knows this and is feigning ignorance as to what Americans want.
The reporter makes me admire Rahm and his steak knives.
Have you stopped beating your wife yet? The Tea party did not raise concerns, but the MSM did, over and over.
MSNBC...an entire network built of straw.
How’s this for a racist Tea Partyer: I would love to vote for Lt. Col. Allen West RIGHT NOW for President!!!!!!!!!!!!!
This technique is called Poisoning the Well - another favorite news media logical fallacy, along with the straw man argument (”Why do you hate black people?”), the appeal to authority (”Everyone knows Professor X is a genius and he believes Y, therefore it must be true!”), and the Ad Hominem argument (we all know it well).
Yes...who are “we?” And can they tell us which signs they saw that were racist?
