You called the writer a liar, then you lied.
That was about the confusion of me meaning the voters that are the strongest supporters of the tea party, supporting Fiorina in the election, and your mixing it up with the national, non California, non voting (in this election, or any other California election) tea party people, as far as I know, the national voters and/or the national tea party people have never been polled on the California Senate race.
I know that Devore was endorsed by a national organization, the tea party express, which your author describes negatively, “She then signed on with Tea Party Express, whom many Tea Party activists view as a Republican organization (as opposed to a grassroots organization)”.
The bottom line is that the only polling of California voters that includes the tea party question that I have seen, has the voters that most strongly identify with the tea party, supporting Fiorina, not Devore.
