I just posted that I wondered how he knew he’d been taken off the list... [I’m speculating that he didn’t try to re-enter the US until AFTER he was taken off as that just makes sense...]. With what you have posted we may have the answer to that question. I also wouldn’t doubt “insiders” within some of the airlines as well... I hope they are questioning the ticketing agent, and the one who boarded the passengers on that flight.
