The one I read about on your blog (I didn’t read everything) was that the HDOH confirmed the COLB was a forgery. I just didn’t see that confirmed. Maybe you need someone more conversant with that sort of administrative department than I am.

They confirmed that the BC was amended and that the certificate numbers were given by the state registrar on the “date filed”.

One has only to look at the Factcheck COLB and the rules to see that the amendment is required to be noted on the Factcheck COLB if it’s genuine, and it isn’t.

And one has only to look at the Nordyke BC’s to see that the “date filed” on the Factcheck COLB doesn’t work for the certificate number on it.

There’s some deductive reasoning required, since the HDOH refuses to answer questions and the law says we can’t make them. What we can do is request records. In the course of responding to those records requests, the HDOH has revealed these 2 key facts which, when analyzed, reveal the Factcheck COLB to be a forgery.

There will never be a “smoking gun admission” from the HDOH unless and until there is a criminal investigation of the matter and they are deposed. That’s what I’ve been asking law enforcement at every level to do, and none of them will even answer my requests. And that failure of law enforcement is, to me, the crux of this whole issue. I don’t much care what happens with Obama, as much as I care to have the rule of law back in our nation.

If politicians can get away with forgery, perjury, etc.... in full sight of everyone and when a loud outcry has been made including the evidence of those crimes, then what CAN’T they get away with? We’ve seen them illegally take over the banks, auto industry, healthcare, and student loans - while all of us looked on because nobody who was willing to stop them was in a position where they were able to. We the people tried to stop it by electing Scott Brown, so then they just changed the rules. We can try to stop it by the 2010 and 2012 elections, but if local administrators can break the laws right and left and law enforcement looks the other way, what difference will that even make?

The communists in government tried out the rule of law in trying to install an ineligible president and they found that the “conservatives” rolled over and took it in the rear rather than fight back for the rule of law. That’s all the dems/communists needed to know. Their test run proved that the American people are incapable of MAKING the rule of law stick. And ever since then, our “conservative” leadership has been running after the Toyota Regime, shouting, “Wait! Wait! You can’t do that. You can’t accelerate when we’re pressing on the brakes...” as they run roughshod over the rule of law in every area of life.

If we didn’t want what we knew to be a communist regime to have the power to run roughshod over the law (what communist regimes ALWAYS do), then we shouldn’t have STARTED THE CAR IN THE FIRST PLACE. We should have stood up for the rule of law, refusing to let an undocumented worker get the nuclear football, the power to appoint the people who would decide Constitutional issues and turn laws into regulations, make executive orders, etc.

Two small admissions by the HDOH reveal it all. The American public is waking up to reality, but unless we reach the point where the rule of law is seen as vital rather than boring, ho-hum tedium, it may be too late for this Republic.
