..... the governor of Hawaii is now publicly voicing the alleged exact location of Obama's birth, saying "the president was, in fact, born at Kapi'olani Hospital in Honolulu, Hawaii"
The disclosure is believed to be the first time a state government official has declared the precise place where Obama was born, despite numerous other published claims, including some for a different hospital in Honolulu.
The remark came Sunday night when Gov. Linda Lingle, a Republican, was interviewed on New York's WABC Radio by host Rabbi Shmuley Boteach. (The subject was addressed at the 77-minute mark HERE.)

According to sources employed in the coroner’s office Madelyn Dunham died on October 21, 2008.
After first announcing that Madelyn Dunham had passed away in her sleep on November 3, 2008 (conveniently the day before election day for the sympathy vote) it was reported by Hawaii officials and then by Obama half-sister Maya Ng that Mrs. Dunham had in fact passed away on November 2, 2008.
Both reports it turns out are false and it has been reported that Maya Ng and Hawaii officials knowingly and intentionally falsified death records of Madelyn L. Dunham who had actually died prior to Barack Obama arriving on Thursday October 23, 2008 for his claimed visit.
Wonder if Madalyn signed any legal papers between the time she died and the date of her announced death....? Transferring money, etc to her grandchildren? That kind of papers....
HIPAA is administered by Obama's administration, specifically the DHHS, led by Secretary Kathleen Sebelius. There would be not be any formal complaints of HIPAA violations for a simple confirmation of Obama's birth in the hospital. He's already apparently written a letter to the hospital claiming he was born there (one that was posted online in what according to you would be in direct violation of HIPAA rules). In effect, this could be viewed as tacit permission to release a confirmation of said event. Further, presidents traditionally release medical records, such as this one written by Obama's physician who would also be constrained by HIPAA regulations. If the doctor can get permission, Kapiolani should be able to get permission for a simple confirmation that clearly falls within the scope of information allowed under directory dislosures. They could even release the religion claimed by Obama's mama. Hiding behind HIPAA when there's no need suggests that Obama was not really born there as claimed.
The Wong Kim Ark decision used that 'poorly translated sentence' almost verbatim in defining Natural Born Citizen. The rest of the decision did not do what you think it did (nor what the Hoosier Hillbilly court mistakenly claimed).

IIRC, she had a hip replacement, not 'just' a broken hip. That seems an odd surgery for someone near the end with cancer.
Put a weakened patient through a grueling surgery, that just might kill them, to provide easier locomotion in their final days if they manage to live long enough to get through the painful physical therapy so they can walk again.
You watch and see just how many terminal cancer patients get a hip replacement under 0bamacare!

No, they couldn't. If she was currently a patient, and she didn't opt out, they could. Since she is not currently a patient, they can't put her in the directory, which means they can't release any information about her without a specific release. Common sense and logic don't have anything to do with what the law says.

But he knows, and many others know, truth. I have conviction it will be coming out, the sooner the better. I do not think he’ll be propped up forever. After the midterms, when I am sure Dems will lose big, there may be more impetus for those in DC who know the score to publicize it much more.
And the more the public see that there is something rotten, the sooner court cases and action will be likely to happen.

Don’t assume my opinion of 0bamacare bill on the basis of my comment on pathologic hip fractures due to cancer. There are many things in that bill I hate.

Like, where was he born, are his listed parents his real parents, what nationality/s does he actually hold, who paid for his schooling and what did he study, what did he do in Pakistan, where did his campaign money come from. I don’t add “is he a homosexual” because that’s obvious.
