As Shahzad was tracked, investigators have also started looking at a Connecticut-based Web site purporting to represent a faction of the Taliban in Pakistan, sources said.

The Web site went up last week, and within 24 hours of the failed car bombing was laying claim to an attack on American soil, law enforcement sources said.

No doubt about it. This was an act of war, and should be treated as such.

This terrorist bomber doesn't belong in federal court. He belongs in a military prison, where he should be waterboarded for information.

Obama and Holder are only encouraging more of these attacks by treating them as a law enforcement issue.
