A law enforcement official says the registered owner of the SUV used in the botched bombing told investigators he sold it for cash three weeks ago. Actually, it was a she. Thirteen Franklins was the price. On Facebook, she posted:
“OMG! I HAD A CRAZY DAY ... IT’S OFFICIAL. I HAVE BAD LUCK. SMH I HOPE THEY FIND THAT BASTARD.”

So, by Sunday the original SUV owner had already told investigators the buyer was Middle Eastern. So why did they tell the public the perp was a white guy?
