I said “rules” should change. Most of what is done currently by gov is completely unconsitutional. And much of what is not done to secure us from danger is not done, and could be done, constitutionally.

Because the Communist/Marxists/Islamic coalition set up a campaign 40 years ago called “multiculturalism.” The campaign was ridiculous, really, because the U.S. was already the most multicultural nation on earth. Multiculturalism was a ruse brought to government, schools, colleges, schools of law, libraries, and media to grease the skids for being able to stop with the accusation “racist” anyone who questioned the self adulation of those happily bringing in masses of illegals through programs like green card lotteries. The invasion of the country by the legal and illegal entry into the U.S. by radical Islamic enemies of the U.S., as cab drivers, store clerks, and college professors has been defined as “multiculturalism” and given a big smiley face.

Why are muslims the only immigrant group that is deliberately spreading itself out into the smaller cities and towns in the US, Canada and Europe? Every other major immigrant group (Chinese, Korean, Filipino, Eastern European, South/Central American, Caribbean, African), gravitate to the larger cities where they can find support, services (religious centres, restaurants, food stores, newspapers) and friendship among fellow countrymen who have come before.
The muslims have chosen to settle in communities of every size and description, even if there isn’t a mosque or halal restaurant within 100 miles. They are doing so to proselytize and to maximize their influence as a voting block in as many congressional districts as possible. Their goal is to become large enough in every community that they will have political influence beyond their numbers, knowing that politicians will not ignore a sizable voting block and will be tempted to avoid criticism of muslim countries or voice support for Israel.
The Suspect appears in NY District Court for his arraignment, dressed in rather unusual prison attire...

I guess I misunderstood your point. I thought you were saying that he was not entitled to Fifth Amendment rights, even though he is a US citizen.
