I guess I misunderstood your point. I thought you were saying that he was not entitled to Fifth Amendment rights, even though he is a US citizen.
He should not have 5th amendment rights. He became a US citizen so he could commit jihad. He is not a regular citizen, in fact if he is one at all. Mouthpiece media and the administration are enemies of the people at this point.
It’s too far gone, though. Muslims will continue to commit mayhem until large numbers of people die.
