Specifically Federalist #46. I make my AP Government students do a complete analysis of about 30 of the total 78. I included #46 and I know full well that the College Board will never include THAT one on a test because of the 2nd Amendment references. But I make 'em study it anyway. That's my job to offer a well rounded education and to me this includes all sides of all issues, not just the liberal's take on the issues.
