Air Force Prepares for Homeland Defense

For the first time ever, the Air Force is preparing to fight an enemy on American soil.

Greg Nelson, the commander of the Kentucky Air National Guard’s 123rd Airlift Wing, which served as the lead organization for the ORI. (emphasis added)
